Jordan and Charlotte are bringing their love for Collegiate Shag to the festival. With over 7 years of experience, they focus on the fundamentals, technique, and musicality, while encouraging dancers to explore new ideas. Since teaming up in 2021, they’ve taught extensively across Europe and recently made waves by winning the Shag contest at Camp Hollywood 2023. Their passion and connection shine through in every class, inspiring dancers to push their boundaries!

Inspired by the wild jazz of 1930s/40s Harlem and Chicago, this band delivers fiery horn lines, driving rhythms, and dynamic swing-era arrangements. Veterans of Berlin’s Lindy Hop and Balboa dance halls, they mix classic tunes with original compositions, creating an electrifying atmosphere. With sharp style and infectious energy, they’ll keep you dancing till sunrise!

Based in Denmark, Niomi and Teis are an international Shag powerhouse. Combining Niomi’s Manchester roots with Teis’s US and European competition titles, they bring a wealth of experience to the floor. Their teaching focuses on playful creativity, strong partnership, and pure rhythmic joy. Expect high-energy workshops that blend different styles with a focus on musicality and responsiveness. Get ready for an inspiring session that is all about “super fun” and finding your flow!

The heart of Gothenburg’s Balboa scene returns to Marta’s roots! Since 2016, this duo has focused on the “juicy” flow of Bal-Swing and the thrill of fast tempos. Their classes prioritize curiosity and play over perfection, blending Marta’s technical precision with Elias’s rhythmic musicality. After living and teaching in Kraków in 2020, they’re back to share their passion as your Balboa taster teachers.

While Balboa is their foundation, Slow Bal truly stole their hearts, adding a new depth to their movement. Their dance is a search for authentic musicality and elegance, focusing on the “in-between” moments—smooth transitions, conscious connection, and a cohesive dialogue with the music. Join them for a session centered on high-quality movement and the beauty of a shared embrace.
